Yesterday a group of women gathered together at Scandic Haymarket, Sara from Norrsken Jackets had invited me, Stephanie is the founder of Soft Goat, and Malin who has started by Malina to talk about entrepreneurship. The panel debate was led by Pingis who is always so good at moderating. We talked about our journeys, challenges and failures. Afterwards the audience asked questions while having lunch togehter. It was a really lovely hour.

Lots of people came along to listen!
..And asked lots of questions. One question was how you can be brave enough to throw yourself out there. Our answers were a mix of starting small, keep your job on the side as economic safety and try to borrow from friends & family first. All of us are doing production and we talked about the importance of never trustying oen factory but work with several to begin with. Otherwise the risk is huge and you have to compare.
The one thing we all agreed on is that we’re all unafraid and we’re all doers. When something doesn’t work – we solve it. You never sit and wait for something to get better by itself. A bit like my favourite quote from Ray Dalio ”Everything that grinds is a possibility.” Find what grinds.
Thank you Norrsken Jackets for the initiative!
