Vegan food inspiration & asian salad

In collaboration with

As you’ve guessed, we’ve had our new chef with us for a week and it feels wonderful! We eat different kinds of food every day so that everyone feels they eat what they like and so far we’re really happy. I love the Asian cuisine, the food is often spicy with lots of flavour. I’m not a big fan of classic Swedish cuisine which can be a bit bland with the flavours. The thing I love about is that there’s a lot of inspiration from different cuisines, it’s so nice to just click on a button ans order the ingredients immediately once you’ve found a recipe you like.

I was so happy when I saw last week’s menu and noticed that we’d have a crispy asian salad with ginger dressing one day. It was so delicioys. The dish felt fresh, filling and nutritious. Those are things I really put value on with food. This is really glow food! The whole family, particularly Lovisa and our chef Anna, love because they make all deliveries so easy. There’s also a tab with called ”vegan shop” where they have ingredients for vegan food. It’s really good because many people struggle to find inspiration for vegan food. Lovisa usuallt scroll down that page and orders food for is, in case there are any new products to try. Check out vegan-shop.
I asked Anna to put together a recipe and method for the lovely salad she made last week so you can make it at home. You can find the recipe at här!
