Last night I did something that wouldn’t have worked out that well for me in Sweden, we went to an outdoor cinema in a park! My psychologist is often reminding me to find Bella bubbles, so that’s exactly what I created last night. I went there without makeup with my colleagues wearing sweats and we shared a plate of nachos, chips, and chocolate sitting on the grass. It was a sing a long Grease, so much fun. I can understand if it doesn’t sound like a big deal to go without makeup to an outdoor cinema in a park at night, but for me who’s suffered from agoraphobia for a long time it was big. Ten years ago I was in Kungsträdgården with some friends at an open night event when a man aimed at my head and tried throwing a glass bottle. It affected me deeply and it’s been rough to be in public places with a lot of people after that. But yesterday I did!
Everyone was singing along to all the songs, so fun! Bats were flying above us, a little scary but harmless. I forgot how cozy Grease is. We walked home around 11 pm, and this morning we had a meet and greet with my followers here:
Thank you so much for a lovely meetup! Now I’m soon about to take a night flight to Shanghai. I’m not sure if Instagram works there. It doesn’t, right?
