I got home late last night, the flight was delayed. I asked Lovisa to keep the kids awake as long as possible because I wanted to tuck them into bed. I’ve missed them so much.

When I got home just before nine (!) they were watching a movie on the couch with Lovisa. They were so happy to see me! They got to pick a book each and then we went to my bedroom and crawled under the duvet and read until the kids fell asleep closely to me. I love their closeness. I didn’t have time for dinner so even though I could have fallen asleep with them, my stomach was rumbling and I went downstairs to make a late dinner and caught up on my emails.

It’s Friday today so I dropped the kids at nursery and then I went to exercise. My body felt tired after a long Thursday but I know that when I’m the most tired I need the exercise. The session went well and I’m currently doing 65 kilo deadlifts from the ground without any problems (my weight is 62 kilos). It’s fun to carry yourself so easily. Go me! When I arrived at the office, everything was full-on. We checked the calendar and had decisions from the makeup chair. I had lunch at my desk and I’m just about to attend me next meeting with Kinnevik. I love my job but I can’t wait to pick up the kids and have a cozy Friday together! <3
