Highlight of the week: There’s been a lot of highlights this week. Spending time with my friends is something I appreciate a lot. Dinner with Sheila after Guldbagge-gala on Monday, meeting Ida for another gala on Thursday and dinner with friends at Arnold’s yesterday. It’s not often I have a whole child-free week at home in Sweden and I wanted to make the most of it. This week’s highlight in work was Friday night’s dinner. There’s a lot of things required to make things succeed and if we do it’ll be huge!

This week’s health: I’ve had three sessions with my personal trainer which I’m grateful foor. I’ve been meditating every day. This week I’ve been meditating 40 minutes per day, it’s my personal best and I can tell it’s had a positive effect on me. When I write about my personal best in meditation, I can see Sheila rolling her eyes and say ”It’s so like you to have your personal best is something so un-sporty as meditation.” He he. Sheila said something really good about meditation practice. ”I know how good it makes you feel afterwards, so why save that feeling until you’re about to sleep?” She’s completely right. The kids are here tomorrow so when they’re cuddling up with the iPad tomorrow morning, I’m going to meditate in bed.

I spent my Sunday here from 11.30 to 17.00…I love going to SPA:s and today I treated myself to a 90 minute massage. I needed it!

This week’s wisdom: Well, not really this week’s because I already knew that but I’m a really sore loser. Loving competitions doesn’t make it easy for me. It wasn’t fun going home on Thursday without a prize. Ugh. But my strength is turning into positive so after every downfall I put in an extra gear.

This week’s toughest: Definitely the hearing. I felt horrible all Tuesday because I was so nervous for Wednesday. I left work early on Tuesday because I felt so low because of everything. Ugh. When my stalker arrived at the court room, he wore handcuffs. The whole situation was so bizarre and I was shaking. But the attorney and my lawyer were so good and I felt safe. I’m grateful that there was a sentence.

Hi from Grand! 

This week’s goals: My 90 minute massage was my goal all week. I’ve been looking forward to it! I’ve had a lot of me-time this weekend and it’s been wonderful. I woke up at 7AM and it’s been a long day, I’ve been reading for hours, swimming, sleeping, meditating, written goals, ate good food and then went to a SPA. I even had time to get a bit bored and looked forward to tomorrow’s work. It’s a perfect sign saying I’m well recovered. Next week’s goal is more about quality time with the kids. I want the three of us to visit a restaurant for dinner and watch a kids film at the cinema with them next weekend.

Guess who fell asleep here for two hours!

Upcoming events: The kids and I are checking into a hotel next Sunday. A production company want to borrow my house for a week. I’m going travelling anyway that week (child free) so it suits me perfectly. When I finished crime novel (which is becoming a film) the story line was similar to everything that happened in my life during winter, but the production company had booked the house before everything happened which is a little creepy to think about afterwards.

Now I’m going to prepare next week’s work. I’m going to make a big cup of tea, some evening snacks with peanut butter on banana slices and a pinch of sea salt. Delicious even though it’s so simple. Hugs!
