I woke up with the worst PMS, well technically I had it yesterday so I crawled into bed with Sally. Sleeping is usually the best medication. And exercise. After I dropped Sally to nursery I had an exercise session with Pontus. I felt low when I entered the gym so Pontus said it’ll be tough for the first half hour but when I leave, life will feel brighter and better.
He was so right.

…and a little bit of stomach exercise towards the end. It was a good session after all and I managed to use heavier weights. I feel very strong and in shape.
Something I’ve realised through the years, is that my diet often decides my weight but the exercise is a good complement. The most important things is that I have enough energy for everything I want to do. Eating the right food and exercising keeps me focused and in the present.
